Functions of the Exams & Records Department
Exam planning & scheduling: prepares timetable for continuous Assessments (C.A), Mid-term tests, and End-of-Term/sessional Examinations.
Question paper management: Works with teachers to compile, moderate, and securely store exam questions until the day of examination.
Exam Supervision & conduct: Ensures fairness, transparency, and proper invigilation during all examinations.
Marking & Result compilation: Coordinate the marking process and computes students results with accuracy.
Result records & reporting: Maintains up-to-date academic records for every student and produces termly report cards.
External Examinations: Registers students for Common Entrance, BECE, WAEC, NECO and other relevant examinations.
Data Management: Archives student academic histories for refrence, transfer, and graduating purposes.
